Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES

We currently ship internationally to most countries, including but not limited to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and more.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at YanCOjewelery@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES

• If a package is undelivered, it may be held at your local carrier's office. If not picked up, it may be returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.

• If a package is lost during transit, we will compensate based on the declared value, up to a maximum of $30 (for shipments using our special shipping service).

• If the return is due to a shipping issue or courier error, we will investigate and address it accordingly.
