Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at YanCOjewelery@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable), along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Address
Returns will be sent to our warehouse. The exact return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Please note: If the value of the item is low, we may advise against returning it, as the cost of international return shipping and import duties may exceed the item’s value. In these cases, we may offer a partial refund or compensation based on the declared value of the item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. In cases of damage or defects, our warehouse team will inspect the item upon return to confirm the issue before processing a refund or replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
